Our second speaker, Mr. John Helmer, spoke about Orbis Cascade's partnership with OCLC to develop WorldCat Navigator.  His presentation, which is part of the same video stream, begins at 2:07 into the broadcast.  Above the University of Houston's Cougar, click on the tab called "Text Slide List" and scroll to Slide 136 to begin the stream.  His PowerPoint slides are available here.
