The Associate Dean of McFarlin Library reports to the RM and Ida McFarlin Dean of the Library and is predominantly responsible for overseeing the library’s electronic resources licensing, data collection and analytics, patron privacy oversight, and R1 research institution initiatives. This position is responsible for the library’s Collection Management & Access Division, which includes collection development, cataloging, and electronic resources. The Associate Dean of McFarlin Library serves as a member of the McFarlin Library Leadership Team.
