As a Library & Archives Paraprofessional 2 with the WSU Libraries in the Access Services unit in the Owen Science & Engineering Library, you will lead the unit’s student temporary employees, which includes training, assigning, monitoring, and correcting their work to meet unit quality standards for public service and/or stack maintenance tasks.  The position’s regularly scheduled hours are currently 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday.  Schedules may vary during academic intersessions and/or may change to accommodate unit needs.

A member of a consortium of libraries through Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, the Libraries at WSU support the university’s teaching and research programs by selecting, organizing, preserving, and providing ready access to sources of knowledge in all formats at all WSU locations.

Monthly Salary:  $3,239 to $4,299 | Range 37 Steps A-M | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
