The Knowledge Access and Resource Management Department of the West Virginia University Libraries is seeking applications for a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator provides support through the lifecycle of electronic resource management, including acquisitions, activation, access, analytics, authentication, and renewal or cancelation. Responsibilities include populating and maintaining metadata for electronic resources within the knowledgebase and discovery systems, providing advanced troubleshooting for problems related to accessing electronic resources in a timely and courteous manner, and analyzing and interpreting patterns or trends in data sets.
