Clemson Libraries seek a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative Data Services Librarian to lead the Libraries’ research data services. The Data Services Librarian will play a key role in continuing and expanding the Libraries’ research data services that will further support Clemson’s strategic priority to double research by 2035. The Data Services Librarian will support faculty, researchers, and students in the discovery, use, organization, curation, preservation, and visualization of data. The Data Services Librarian will cultivate meaningful partnerships with campus groups including the Division of Research, Clemson Computing & Information Technology, and the Graduate School. This position requires a high degree of collaborative leadership and initiative and will be critical to the Libraries’ strategic growth as an R1 institution. Clemson Libraries faculty are members of the academic community, with responsibilities in the areas of librarianship, scholarship, and service. This is a 12-month tenure-track faculty position and will work under the direction of the Head of the Open Scholarship Department.

Salary: Minimum salary of $90,000 based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
