The Claremont Colleges Library is recruiting for an exciting leadership position: Head of Research Services (HRS). Please consider applying and/or sharing with colleagues who might be interested!

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a librarian to supervise and coordinate the core work of Subject Librarians, including Research Support services and Collection Development. The incumbent will work with colleagues in Research, Teaching, & User Services (RTUS) and across the library to design and administer user-centered service models that deliver high-quality general research and instructional support, both online and in person. Reporting to the Director of RTUS, the HRS will be part of the divisional leadership team and will provide input to the Director on issues, initiatives, and projects that impact the division's units.

Salary: $85,500 – $91,200
